Registration fee includes: printed abstract book, electric proceedings, conference bag, certificate of participation, welcome reception, lunch (for May 20 & 21), coffee breaks.
Please note that participation at the conference banquet and optional tour is not included in the registration fee.
Payments can be made by credit card only. Payment in cash (Japanese Yen) is only possible on-site.
Proof of ID will be required to register at the student rate. Please e-mail a copy of your student card or letter from your Department Head to secretariat.
Accompanying persons:
In your profile you can register as many accompanying people as you need. This will allow them to receive the badge, to join the welcome reception and accompanying persons program. You can also book the banquet dinner for your accompanying person(s).We will arrange an opportunity to experience Japanese traditional culture for accompanying persons.
